chance to get job without help of any consultancy.
and directly through walkin in MNC companies....
please let me know about this issue

WALK-INS OR CONSULTANCIES?

It's always better to go via walk-in's which would be straight forward as these days many consultancy firms have started to cheat people using these topics but if you find some consultancy firms which already helped your friends getting job then you can very well join them as well but make sure that you prepare yourself well which is the key for getting a job.

Find good amount of time everyday to prepare for the job placement rounds which in common are,

-> Aptitude Test.

-> Group Discussion.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.
