Which courses should i study for learning Software Companies laws?
I have completed B.Tech (Information Technology). Now i am doing MBA (Human Resourse) distance in Anna University. I have to study about Software Companies laws. Can anyone please tell what are the courses to undergo?

Mainly you want to undergo BALLB or MALLB from technical field.
This is the good field to undergo LAW degree . Basically you need to study all the law and the ACT along with the jurisdiction related to different IT stuffs and policy. SO, indirectly you will be studying LAW but in some different way. Following are the courses that you have to undergo : 1. Security. 2. Breaching. 3. Different ACT related to different IT breaching and violent. 4. Punishment for different unlawful activity. 5. Ethics in IT. |
