Does CTC includes Provident Fund for an employee of Tech Mahindra?
Hello Friends,
I have joined Tech Mahindra and they will provide me the Offer Letter soon as I have been selected in the Off-Campus Interview. I am a BBA graduate. I came to know that my CTC will be Rs. 2.2 Lacs per annum. Kindly let me know that in CTC, it includes Provident Fund also? Please help me to know about this. |

Yes , obviously there will be Provident Fund included in your CTC . Not only Tech mahindra , almost every MNC company will provide Provident Fund to their employees.
~ Your CTC includes , Provident Fund , HRA , Basic , Special allowance , Medical allowance , PT , etc. |
