I have heard that IBM is taking Off-Campus
Interview in Haryana. I want to know the criteria
for applying in this interview. I have completed
my B.Tech(EE) last year.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IBM is,

IBM = 70%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IBM recruitment.

Pattern for IBM written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

Selection process for IBM recruitment:-

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview
3. Personal interview

The criteria to apply for the Interview is very simple. You have to pay Rs 100/- which is the registration Charge. And attend the company. If you are selected then it is your Luck, because IBM is commonly hiring the Girls candidate this time.
