Hello Sir,
I want to be a part of HCL Technologies. I have secured 69% in 10th, 59% in 12th and 70% in B.Tech. Can I eligible to get job in HCL Technologies?

Eligibility Criteria Required to get job in HCL Technologies:

I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to get job in HCL Technologies with just 59% marks in 12th Class. As you have not secured the required percentage in 12th Class, you are not eligible to apply for this HCL On Campus or HCL Off Campus recruitment's. The minimum percentage criteria required for HCL Technologies recruitment's is given below.

>> For HCL On Campus Recruitment's:
* Minimum Percentage in 10th Class - 60% marks
* Minimum Percentage in 12th Class - 60% marks
* Minimum Percentage in B.E/ B.Tech - 60% marks

>> For HCL Off Campus Recruitment's:
* Minimum Percentage in 10th Class - 65% marks
* Minimum Percentage in 12th Class - 65% marks
* Minimum Percentage in Graduation/ B.Tech/ B.E - 65% marks

As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for HCL Technologies.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL is 60%. You shouldn't have any pending backlog. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL recruitment.

Being very frank to you and straightforward to your statement, we are sorry to say that you are not eligible for the HCL campus recruitment drive.

And this is because of 1% difference in your 12th, else you could have been qualified for the campus recruitment drive.

Your Overall percentage is good and more than the eligibility criteria to get into any companies recruitment drive but your 12th marks has messed up everything and just only by 1% and not more.

So, you can chose other option, by uploading your profile on job portal site.

The eligibility for a job in HCL Technologies is the candidate should have scored at least 65% marks in all the academic examinations from 10th, 12th and BTech. So it is very difficult to get a job in HCL with less than 60% marks in 12th standard. Apart from this you should not have any standing backlogs at the time of selection process. > you must have 60% marks in your 10th, 12th and in graduation.
You should not have pending backlogs

As you don't have 60% marks in your 12th standard, So you are not eligible for HCL
