Sir, I am diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering . I want to know that how to apply for job as a Fresher in Core Companies of Mechanical like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Tata Powers, etc.

In order to apply for the job as a fresher you need to check with your placement officer. As all the placements are conducted by the Training and placement officer and he knows better than all of us for the recruitment date and the company name that is going to come in any of the college.

Right now you are a fresher and it will be very difficult for you to take job from outside. So, just try it from your college first.

At this moment only your training and placement officer will help you a lot.
If then also you are not able to get the job, then you need to upload your updated resume over different job portal and wait for the call.

To apply for the job you need to follow these steps:

1. prepare your resume.
2. resume should be updated with current information.
3. prepare CV.
4. CV should have professional look.
5. Upload your resume to the job portal .

You will start getting a call within 3 days.

In order to apply for the job being a fresher, it is little difficult because of the following reason:

1. You don't have any company experience.
2. You don't have any working experience.
3. You don't have nay referral, that can refer you to any of the company.
4. You are fresher's and you don't know much about the company.

These are the things that can prevent you from getting a job being a fresher.
So, better to try from your college.
