Selection Procedure in Syntel Off Campus drive:

After completion of applying for Syntel Off Campus drive, eligible candidates will be receiving a call from Syntel Company. This is the first process of the Syntel Off Campus recruitment. After completion scrutiny, candidates are required to undergo for an Online Test. Candidates who successfully qualify in Online Test will be then called for Technical Interview and HR Round. The selection process of Syntel Off Campus in brief is given below.

Selection round for Syntel Campus Drive:-

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview
3. Personal interview

New pattern for Syntel Campus Drive recruitment:-

Test-Section I/Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking
Test-Section II/ Mathematical critical thinking and Logical reasoning
Test Section III/Test of communicative English

There are four steps of selection in Syntel recruitment drives.

1. Online aptitude test comprising quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical interview
4. HR interview

The latest selection procedure is as follows:

It consist of following rounds.

* Written test

* Group discussion

* Technical interview

* HR interview

The written exam consists of aptitude test which includes quant, verbal and reasoning questions.
