Should I have to do Internship for working with Mahindra Motors?


Dear Sir,
I am student of B.Tech final year. I want to join Mahindra Motors for working there. But I have heard that I have to do Internship first to get job in Mahindra Motors. Please tell me that is it true?

No it is not necessary that you have to go for the internship in Mahindra to get placed in mahindra.
Actually, the scene is that if someone performs best in the internship program offered by Mahindra then they are hired by them. But this don't happen in all case. So, don't get misguided.
If you want to get into Mahindra, then prepare for the Mahindra campus drive and get the entrance cleared.

But, if you do your internship program then it becomes plus point in your resume.
