There are no agreement to any drive related but yes if you get selected in the drive and placed in the company then there must be some agreement related to the job, your bond and many more.
Agreement are the part and parcel of the company policy as well as procedure, so if you get into any company you have to comply with the agreement of the particular company. So, either directly or indirectly you have to follow the agreement.
