I have got selected in HCL Technologies about 3 months ago through On-Campus Drive. Now I am B.E. graduate. But still I haven't got even a single e-mail from HCL. When will it give us joining letter?

HCL delays a bit in sending the joining letter. You have got selected just three months ago, so you need to wait for some more months. This is because students recruited before you have still not got their joining letters. Hence you can expect your joining letter next year preferably in the month of March-April. There are many internal processes and policies to be undertaken before issuing joining letters. Moreover, many students have to be batched properly. Hence it takes time. However, no need to worry, you will get the joining letter since you were recruited. Enjoy this time with your family and friends.
