I am bca graduate.I am selected in TCS and WIPRO (WASE). Wipro is offering 13500 with mtech, bits pilani and TCS is offering 15000 with no masters.

I will suggests you to go with the Wipro who is offering you the less salary but instead offering you the masters.
there are many reasons, due to which you must go with the Wipro instead other companies you go placed.

1. you are getting 1500 less than other company but getting free masters degree, so your fee for the master degree will be saved.
2. If you could have joined TCS with 15000 and went for the master then you have to bear your own expense. And in masters you have to pay minimum of 60,000 extra.
3. So, losing 30,000 for Masters is good instead of paying 60,000 by yourself.
4. This way you can save 30,000 and can get your masters.
5. And once you got your masters you have option to switch your company.

** So, if you join wipro with 13500 of salary per month then also you will be in profit.

Puc 75%
Sslc 60%
Can i apply for this?
And
Which programming languages and subjects for necessary for this?
