Hello Sir,
I am a BCA graduate. I have selected in TCS and in Wipro WASE. Wipro is offering Salary of Rs. 13500 with M.Tech course and TCS is offering Salary of Rs. 15000 with no Master's. Kindly tell me which is better to join?

First of all I congratulated you for being selected in TCS and in Wipro WASE. You are in confusion in joining to which company. Both companies are good one. It totally depends upon you which company you will opt for joining.

In my opinion you have to opt for TCS. Following are the reasons for this:

--First thing is that you are getting higher starting salary in TCS.

--TCS is top most IT company and large scope of increment.

--The other thing is that better working environment in TCS.

These are the advantages if you join TCS. But take your decision at your own and don’t depend on others for the decision.
