I am from WBCHSE Board and I have scored 45.33% in my Board exam with PCM in 12th. I want to know that I am eligible for appearing in JEE Main and NATA or not?

No, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Main and NATA if secured 45.33% in 12th PCM WBCHSE.
Candidate must have secured more than 50% marks in 12th class from any recognised university to be eligible for JEE Main and NATA exam.
Age of candidate must be 17 to 23 years.

Yes you are eligible for both entrance exam because their main eligibility criteria is that , You must hold a 12th passing certificate from any recognized school or board. As you mention that you scored 45.33 percent in 12th class means you are passed in 12th class ,hence you are eligible.

JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) conducted by CBSE board once in a year. In JEE 12th class marks doesn't matters. The main thing that matters which is how many marks you got in the entrance exam because admissions are provides in engineering college on the basis of merit list generated by JEE exam.

No, you are not eligible for JEE Main exam but you can apply for NATA exam.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks are eligible for JEE Main 2016 exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

NATA is an aptitude test conducted by the Council of Architecture for those aspirants who wish to avail admissions into the 5 year B.Arch courses.

Applicants who have passed SSC (Class 10th) or equivalent examination can appear for NATA exam but are not eligible for the B.Arch admissions.

Those candidates who have passed 10+ 2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for NATA exam. You must have studied Mathematics as a main subject in 10+2 or equivalent.
