Can I get a domicile of UP for my son for education purpose though I am living in Delhi?
Sir,
I had done my schooling upto x-class from GHZ,UP & since longtimes working in a PSU, situated at same place. Can i get a domicile of UP for my son for education purpose though i am living in delhi with my family. |

Yes, you can get domicile certificate of UP even though you are living in Delhi. But you can get it on certain provisions which are mentioned below. You can get domicile if you fulfil any one of the following provisions.
- You own a house in UP and pay house tax regularly. - You have good contact with the local body representatives. - You have other relatives residing there who have good contacts with local body representatives. - Your son has ration card of UP. |
