I have completed my 12th board examination with Science stream having scored 55% in aggregate. I want to apply for Hotel Management course now, therefore can anyone please provide me the required details about the admission process and eligibility regarding the course.

You have to apply for any hotel management entrance exam like IHM JEE which is conducted every year for admission in B.Sc Hotel management.
Any stream students are eligible for it. Admission will be purely based on the rank in entrance exam and seats are allotted through counseling.

If you are interested to pursue Hotel Management course after completion of your 12th then you have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by top universities of our country and then admission is given on the basis of rank obtained in the merit list. Age should not be less than 17 years.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in Hotel Management course is that a candidate should have completed his/her +2 level of examination from a recognized board with minimum passing marks.

Your age should not exceed more than 22 years at the time of admission, however, 3 years of age relaxation is provided to SC/ST candidates.

The procedure is quite simple, you need to appear for entrance examination to opt for the course. Below, I have mentioned the list of some of the entrance examination you can appear for admission in Hotel Management course, kindly have a look at it;
