You need to pass class 12th with PCM stream to become eligible for Indian Navy. The best option for officer level jobs will be through NDA exam, which is conducted twice in a year. UPSC conducts this exam.

There other options available are non-officer post like Sailor and Artificier Apprentice. Notification is released by Indian Navy.

To join in Indian Navy, you have to appear in NDA examination which is conducted by UPSC. You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics subjects from a Government recognised board. You should be in the age range of 16.5 to 19.5 years. You should be an unmarried male candidate. You should be physically as well as mentally healthy. Since, you are pursuing 9th standard, you have to pursue your 10th standard and HSC to be eligible to apply for Indian Navy through NDA examination.

Since you are interested to join Indian Navy after completion of your Class 10th academics than you can join the non-artificer cadre of Indian Navy only as for other entries the minimum educational qualification required is a Class 12th or a graduation degree.

Further, for above-mentioned entry, you need to hold the nationality of India with your age lying within 17 years to 21 years. Also, the recruitment process of such entry is not fixed and is based on the vacancy and hence for updates regarding the same entry you are required to visit the link www.joinindannavy.gov.in on regular basis.
