complete my 12th Class with PCM stream

No, you cannot pursue 12th standard PCM without completion of your 11th standard. To be eligible to pursue 12th standard PCM, you must have qualified 11th standard in all subjects. Without qualifying 11th standard, you are not eligible to pursue 12th standard. So, I suggest you to appear in 11th standard supplementary examinations and try to qualify in the examinations, so, that you can pursue 12th standard.

If you don't want to waste the academic year, then you can pursue your class 12 through open schooling. NIOS is one which offers class 12 through open and distance mode. As it is recognized and it is equivalent to class 12 education.
