One can reappear in WBCHSE after three years gap? Further for the same?
If any student failed in final exam of higher secondary conducted by WBCHSE and discontinued. After three years, if he wish to appear further in HS exam. Whether he will get the chance and what is the procedure for further appearance.

No, you can't reappear in WBSCHE examination after three years gap. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration, you need to complete the 12th standard within 4 years. If you fail the examination then, you can reappear in supplementary examinations. Since, you have discontinued 12th standard 3 years ago, you are not eligible to apply for WBSCHE examinations.
