My DOB is 20/9/1992 I am interested in flying branch through AFCAT 2016, so please do explain me that am i eligible for it as per my age?

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. Indian Air Force conducts this exam for recruitment of candidates in different branches like flying branch, technical branch and ground duty branch.

Eligibility for flying branch:

The age limit for AFCAT I in 2016 is that candidates must be born between 02nd January, 1993 to 1 January, 1997. Age limit will be calculated on 01 January, 2017 which is 20-24 years.

So, you are not eligible to apply for this exam as per age limit mentioned in notification of AFCAT, 2016.

AFCAT is Air Force Common Admission Test. It is conducted twice every year by Indian Air force.

The age limit for AFCAT I in 2016 is 20-24 years on 01st January of 2017 and further only those candidates can apply for this exam whose date of birth is after 01st January, 1993.

As you are born before this specified date, you are not eligible for AFCAT exam.

No, you are not eligible to appear for AFCAT examination. The examination is conducted by Air Force twice every year.

As per notification for AFCAT 2016 candidates age between 20-24 years as on 01st January 2017 are eligible to appear for Flying branch jobs.
