sir or madam,i have passed 12th class with 68% in arts stream in 2011 and my age is 18 year old so i want to know that can i join indian army please tell me bcause i want to do something for our country.
so please tell me.

With this academic qualification, you can surely join Indian Army.

If your date of birth is 2nd January 1994 or later then you can apply for
NDA & NA (I) 2012 examination which is conducted by UPSC.
The application process for this exam has been started already and last date
to apply for this exam is 30th Jan 2012.

If in any circumstances you fail to get in the Indian Army now then you should
try for it after graduation by appearing CDS examination.

Exam Pattern& syllabus for NDA written test:

There will be written Examination for total of 900 marks in two Subjects

1. Mathematics - Maximum marks is 300 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.
2. General Ability Test - Maximum marks is 600 and the duration of the test is 2.5 Hrs.

The papers in both the subjects will consist of objective type questions only.

Yes.u r eligible but my suggetion is if u r lowest family back ground then u should apply other wise keep u r study complete u r graduation after graduation u also appy various post ex ssc/banking/upsc and etc

After passing 12th you have to qualify the N.D.A exam.
N.D.A stand for National Defence Academy.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

After qualifying N.D.A exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy
