How to be an IPS officer or any government officer if I am a 34 years old
I am 34 years old. I wants to be a IPS officer or any Govt officer. B.Com Pass graduate is my qualification. Pls suggest how i will success my dream.

Sorry to say that but you are not eligible as the maximum age limit for IPS exam is 32 years and your age is 34 so you cannot apply for the same. Age limit: general:18 to 27 years obc : 18 to 30 yrs sc/st :18 to 32 yrs Physical Standards (Minimum): a)Height :157.5cm b)Chest :81cm ,fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cm Thanks... |

Lower age limit for the profile of IPS Officer is 21 years. In normal cases, the upper age limit is 30 years. Concession in age is given for reserved category candidates. Upper age limit for OBC candidates is 33 years. For SC/ST candidates, the maximum age limit is 35 years.

Im 28yrs i hav done my b.com and an NCC 'C' certificate holder
I would like to know if there is any competative exam that i can take up now and want to know the age limit for those exam

IPS stands for Indian Police Service .The IPS exams are held Union Public Service Commission once every year .
Friend ,if you belong to general or OBC category then i am sorry to say you that you are not eligible or becoming an IPS officer or any other government officer because upper age limit for the same are 30 years and 33 years respectively . But you still had a chance for the same if you are a SC/ST candidate because upper age limit for this category is 35 years . The lower age limit for this examination for all categories is 21 years .

You must be at least 21 years old. For a General candidate, the upper age limit will be 32 years. For OBC, SC/ST candidates upper age limit will be 35 and 37 respectively. Thankyou
