I got overall 5.5 band in ielts exam. I completed my diploma electrical engg. Study in 2016 with 8.1CGPA & i have 4 backlog

Can i go canada for advance diploma study with this ielts score?

My score I boba-bi is 3.21 out of 4. I scored 7 in listening and speaking 6.5 in writing but 5.5 in reading in the real ielts test will Australian embassy grant me a visa ? Can you let me know asap! Please !
