I completed b.tech in electronics and communication with 83%...so how much i need to score in ietls to get good universities in germany for M.S..can plz suggest good universities in germany

I have got band of 6 in writing listening and speaking but band of 5 in reading am I eligible to get a good college in Germany for my master's??
