I have valid f1 visa for summer intake(MBA) from xx university, i want to change my University and i want to shift for MS IT, or MIS.

but my ielts-5.5, and i dont have gre/gmat, based on my IT work exp(8 years) i got an admission from xx university, now i want to change to IT. is it possible plz let me know

There is no procedure to change your university or even your course. For any change you need you need to take fresh admission in the given course.

Hence, if you think that present course is not good for you, then you can apply for admission in your choice of course at different university of your choice.
