Hello, Is it possible to get IELTS certificate without taking the online test? Can you tell me what is the procedure followed for the same? I am not sure if I can clear the exam, so wanted to know how to get the certificate. Please provide me the details soon.

Sorry, to say that it is not possible to get IELTS certificate online without taking test. You need to appear in IELTS test by attending the examination once, for speaking and once, for writing, reading and listening sections. After appearing in IELTS examination, your examination result will be declared within 13 days and sometimes it may take nearly 2-3 months to get IELTS score. Once, your result is declared, you will get the IELTS certificate within 4-5 working days.
