sir,
i am doing b.tech .i wnt to know whether
gre score helps in getting admission to m.tech in foreign?
if yes then does scholarship is given on the basis of gre score ?
please reply as soon as possible

Yes, you can get admission in MS at foreign universities with your GRE score. But, you cannot get scholarship only on the basis of your GRE score. Because universities offers scholarship to only few number of students, who have following eligibility criteria.
1. Graduation - Above 70%
2. GRE - Above 300 marks
3. IELTS - Minimum 6.5 bands (or) TOEFL - At least 90 marks
If you can satisfy above requirements, you will have a chance to get a scholarship from university.
