hiii,
i have completed my btech mechanical engineering in this year. now im willing to pursue my ms from germany. so i would like to know what is the criteria to get admission in german university? n i had a backlog in my 2nd year, so will this affect my admissions in germany? is it necessary to know german language? is 1st level sufficient to get admissions? is GRE necessary? n what is the minimum score reqired in IELTS to get admission?

To get admission in MS course in German Universities, you must have to qualify in all subjects of your graduation degree from a recognised university. You need to appear for GRE and IELTS for getting admission in German Universities. IELTS is a standardised test which helps you to prove your English Language Proficiency in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections. GRE is not mandatory to study MS in Germany, it depends on the type of university you are going to applying for pursuing MS course. And you need to know the German Language also. The minimum score required in IELTS is 6 bands to get admission for pursuing MS course in German Universities.
