I am extremely sorry to state that there is no provision of lateral entry scheme in foreign institutes. You cannot get admission in second year of B.Tech course in abroad through lateral entry scheme directly after completion of diploma course in Civil Engineering. This is possible in India through LEET which is conducted by various states and private universities.

sir please answer me that with in the state that kerala im from tamilnadu so any admission there for lateral entry for civil eng 2nd year b.e please its my daugter's ambition
