I am a MBBS student and belongs to Pakistan. I want to do MD in USA. So, I want to know that as due to the several causes and conflicts regarding terrorism, what are the obstacles I have to face to get Study Visa?

There are not much obstacles for a Pakistani to get study visa of USA if you have good background and get admission in a well recognized institute with good entrance exam scores. The visa norms and check points will be very strict and any discrepancy found will lead straightway to rejection. Hence, you need to furnish all necessary proofs and documents as demanded by the US consulate. Apart from this, you need to perform well in the visa interview to leave a good impression and get stumping done on your visa.
