Can anybody tell me what the physical requirements for study abroad are? Can a person with zero vision in left eye be eligible for study in Australia?

Yes you are eligible to study in Australia. There is no physical requirement to study a course in Australia.
You can see with your right eye so you will be considered as a man with a vision and you will be eligible for the course you want to study in Australia.
You should clearly mention this aspect of your vision in your CV while you are applying for the course of your choice in Australia.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
