You can apply for GRE and TOEFL exam. If you qualify in both exams with good score then you are eligible to go abroad for higher study.

After completion of 12th standard, you can apply for Under graduate course in Australia.

GRE stands for Graduate Record Examination.

There are no specific eligibility criteria for GRE Test. This examination is open for all candidates who are willing to pursue higher degree in abroad.

TOEFL stands for Test Of English as a Foreign Language.

There is no any eligibility criteria. TOEFL exam is used to test the ability of a candidate in Reading, writing, Listening and Speaking sections of English language.

It is very good to hear that you have completed your class 12th and willing to study in Australia for higher studies.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th from a recognized Board with a good academic record can apply for higher studies in Australia.
To do so, you must have to qualify in IELTS after the completion of class 12th. Once you qualify in it, you can get admission in different Colleges offering higher studies in Australia.

I am glad to hear that you want to continue your studies in Australia after completion of higher secondary examination.
In order to be eligible for higher studies in Australia for bachelors course, you must have complete your 12th standard or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board.
You also have to appear for GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and IELTS/TOEFL examination to ensure you capability in English language sections such as Listing, Writing, Reading and Speaking.
After qualifying these examinations with required marks/bands for a particular university, you can apply for the Australian study visa.
