How to fill National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) forms?

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture, Pune for admitting candidates to the B.Arch program. This is an All India level test managed by NIASA, an educational unit of Architecture Council. NATA score is accepted by many government and private institutes for their B.Arch program. Registration form for this exam will be available at the official website of NATA. This form will be also available at various NATA test centers. Applicants should fill this form and submit it at any test center with the DD of required application fee. That center will provide the hall tickets to attend the test.

Instructions to be followed while filling NATA form

Applicants can fill the NATA form either online or offline. If the applicants are filling the form online, then they need to click drop down buttons specified at some spaces on the form. If the applicants are filling the form offline, then they need to use their own handwriting. They also need to use the appropriate pen. Applicants should correctly enter the details of the DD, if the forms are filling online or offline. Applicants should put their signature on the recent photograph pasted on the form. Name of the applicant should be entered in block letters as same as in the class X Mark sheet. Filled form should be submitted at the concerned Test center to obtain the appointment voucher.

Fee structure of NATA

Candidates should pay an application fee of Rs.800 for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture. They should pay the fee only through demand draft taken in the name of Council of Architecture. This DD should be payable at New Delhi.

Last date for receipt of NATA applications

NATA activities at almost all test centers will be held before 2nd Week of July. Applicants should register for NATA at any test center before this date.

Acknowledgement of NATA application form

Applicants should specify their e-mail address while filling the form. If they do not have any e-mail address, they should create an e-mail account with any free e-mail provider. The concerned authority will send the acknowledgement of the form through the e-mail of the candidates. The applicants should contact the concerned authority, if they do not receive any acknowledgment within thirty days. This authority will take the required measures to solve the issues related to the corresponding form. They will also inform the candidates about the further procedures for the appointment voucher.
