Karunya KEE B.Tech 2012
Karunya Institute of technology and science is one of the popular technical universities in our country. The institute offers various technical courses like engineering, MCA and MBA to the aspirants. The mode of selection purely based on the entrance examination. They conduct admission test for the undergraduate engineering aspirants called Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) for B. Tech. A large number of candidates are taking this examination every year for making their path towards the technical world.
Structure of KEE B.TECH Test
The examination consists of MCQ question with objective mode and is of 150 minute duration. The examination consists of questions from physics, Chemistry and mathematics. There will be negative marking for each wrong answers and the syllabus of the examination covers the syllabus of class 11th and 12th.

Eligibility Criteria
The minimum education qualification required to take the examination is the plus two from a recognized board.. The candidates must study PCM in their plus two stream with English and should score minimum 60% marks in their qualifying examination and PCM individually. The applicant should be Indian National and the age should be more than 17 but not more than 21.
How to Apply?
The application form along with the information brochure is obtained by sending crossed DD to the registrar of the examination in a suggested format and with a self addressed envelop. One can also download the form from the institute website. The forma is also available from the sales centers of KEE and from the selected branches of SBI, Axis, Central Syndicate, KV and TV bank. The application form will cost Rs.750/-.
How to fill the Form?
The information booklet obtained along with the application form will guide you on how to fill the form. So the students must read the information given in the booklet. You can fill the form either with a black or blue ball point pen. Take the copy of the form and fill it first in order to avoid mistakes in the original form. Do not over write anything on the original form and enter the valid information without any mistake. Attach every needed document and affix your photo and put the signature on the required column before sending the form. The filled form should reach the entrance office before the final date.

Study Plan
The candidates should have a systematic study plan so to score high in the examination. Practice the topics as suggested as the syllabus for the examination. You can work with your text books in the plus two levels and can use your study notes. You have to cover the entire topics and practice well with each subject. Physics and chemistry will more in the application format and the mathematics question evaluates your aptitude in each area of the subject. The reference books for engineering examination are common in the market and you can refer such books. These books also have the previous year questions and model question. You can also take the online mock test and can join any coaching center for the preparation purpose.
How and Where To Get the Results?
By giving your examination ID and name you will get the detailed score from the official website of the institute. The website also direct the candidates to the counseling and to further admission stages.
Score Validity
The score will valid for one year and is used for the admission purpose in the Karunya institute.

i am a 2008 passout from karunya. at that time the batch strength was 650 and karunya was able to place only 500+ engineers( u may check it with website…total is 700+ but that includes mba,mca as well)
later all the batches went up to 1300+.(BE only) and luk at the current placements. 418 only that too including mba;s. fees have increased manifold, placements are low…management is sick….
my message is review and seek an expert advice b4 choosing this…else….it;s u who will suffer. dn’t believe my words blindly…u may consult wih any karunya alumni .
