West Bengal State University is just two years old and the university was established in the year 2008. The university began to offer courses from the academic year 2008-09 and it is offering education through the departments of physiology, political science, chemistry, statistics, English, anthropology, commerce & management, Hindi, microbiology, history, electronics, physiology, computer science, mathematics, education, zoology and botany. At present, 57 colleges are affiliated to the university and courses are offered through these colleges as well. These colleges were previously offering courses under the affiliation of Calcutta University. The department wise list of courses offered by the university is as follows:

    I have completed bsc nursing from r.g.kar medical college and hospital With 65% marks on 2013.can i persue MA in english course,if i can then what about the course fee and when should i take admission?
