The major objective of the Punjab Police is to perform services for the welfare of the people of the state. Punjab Police have undertaken severe steps to put full stop to crime activities. The major function of the organization is to control or to even eradicate the criminal activities from the state.

Job Profile:

Punjab Police is making recruiting for the post of Male Constable. Selected candidates will have to serve the organization with complete dedication.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be less than 18 years and also not more than 25 yeras of age as on 30 June 2010. Candidates must have a height of 5′7″.

Educational Qualification:

10+2 or equivalent from recognized board is required for applying for the post of Male Constables in Punjab Police.

No. of posts: Total 359 posts are available for the specified position.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the prescribed amount of salary.

Selection process:
