Primary Teachers (English/Tibetan) - Central Tibetan Schools Administration, Delhi
Central Tibetan Schools Administration is an autonomous organization working under the ministry of Human Resource Development of Government of India. It was established in the year 1961 with the objective of assisting, managing and establishing schools in India for offering education to Tibetan children living in India while promoting and preserving their culture. It offers different awards to deserving candidates in the form of National Award, Incentive Award for Non-teaching staff and Incentive Awards for teacher.

Central Tibetan Schools Administration has called for applications from eligible candidates for various teaching positions and details regarding the notification issued for the position of primary teachers in English and Tibetan languages are given below:
Name of the Vacancy: Primary Teachers
Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 26, divided between the two languages as follows:
• English – 03 (SC-01, ST- 01, OBC – 01)
• Tibetan – 23 (General and three reserved for OH)
Pay Brand: Candidates appointed for the position of Primary Teacher will be coming under the pay brand of Rs. 9300-34800+GP of Rs.4200
Eligibility requirements:
Educational qualification:
Common for English and Tibetan: Candidates must have completed their senior secondary (Class XII) examination in English and Tibetan as one of the elective subjects for appropriate position with not less than 50% of aggregate marks. Knowledge of computer operations is essential for both.
English: For English, candidates must have completed two-year teacher training after class XII or candidates must have completed their BA with English as a main subject with B. Ed from a recognized university. Desirable qualification is knowledge of Tibetan Culture.
Tibetan: For Tibetan, they must have completed two-year certificate course teaching and they should be competent to teach in Tibetan medium or candidates must have completed their UG with Tibetan as one of the subjects at Senior Secondary with B. Ed from a recognized university. Desirable qualification is knowledge of English Language.
Age: Upper age limit is 30 years, which is 40 years for employees of CTSA or central autonomous bodies and central government.
Application fee:
Application fee of Rs.200 should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of Central Tibetan Schools Administration, Delhi (except for women/ex-serviceman/ST/ST candidates).
