Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) was established in 1949 and it is regulated by the Rules & Regulations Act 1963 of the RPSC. For effective performance of its activities and functions, the commission is guided by a chairman and five members under him. The primary functions of the commission involve conducting examinations for appointment to various services of the state; and advising Government on matters relating to the methods and principals of recruitment to civil services/posts. The Commission also advises the Government in making promotions and transfers from one service to another; and disciplinary matters affecting a person serving under state government in civil capacity. It is responsible for conducting examinations for different positions like Programmer Competitive Examination, Stenographer Competitive Examination, Legal Assistant Competitive Examination, Motor Vehicle sub-inspector competitive examination, Sub-Inspector of Police Combined Competitive Examination, Junior Accountant / Tehsil & Revenue Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Engineering Service Combined Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Forest / Rangers Grade-I Combined Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Judicial Service Competitive Examination Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination, etc…

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) invites application for the post of Sub Inspector.

P ay Scale - Rs. 9300 - 34800 + GP Rs. 3600
Eligibility:
Age Criteria: To apply for this post candidates must be not less than is 20 yrs of age and not more than 25 years of age as on 1st of January 2011.
Educational Qualification: Must have a graduation degree. For further details regarding educational qualification and eligibility regarding physical fitness, refer http://www.rpsc.gov.in.
Selection Process:
Candidates are selected for the post through written examination. For further details regarding the written exam refer the RPSC’s website.

अजमेर। राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से उप निरीक्षक पुलिस संयुक्त प्रतियोगी परीक्षा 25 मई को आयोजित की जाएगी। पहले यह परीक्षा एक मई को होनी थी। उप सचिव ने बताया कि परीक्षा दो पारियों में होगी। पहली पारी में सुबह 9 से 12 तथा दूसरी पारी दोपहर 2 से शाम 5 बजे तक चलेगी। परीक्षा जिला मुख्यालयों पर आयोजित की जाएगी।
