Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) was established in 1949 and it is regulated by the Rules & Regulations Act 1963 of the RPSC. For effective performance of its activities and functions, the commission is guided by a chairman and five members under him. The primary functions of the commission involve conducting examinations for appointment to various services of the state; and advising Government on matters relating to the methods and principals of recruitment to civil services/posts. The Commission also advises the Government in making promotions and transfers from one service to another; and disciplinary matters affecting a person serving under state government in civil capacity. It is responsible for conducting examinations for different positions like Programmer Competitive Examination, Stenographer Competitive Examination, Legal Assistant Competitive Examination, Motor Vehicle sub-inspector competitive examination, Sub-Inspector of Police Combined Competitive Examination, Junior Accountant / Tehsil & Revenue Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Engineering Service Combined Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Forest / Rangers Grade-I Combined Competitive Examination, Rajasthan Judicial Service Competitive Examination Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination, etc…

मोबाइल के ब्लू टूथ ईयरफोन से नकल कराने वाले गिरोह के पकड़े जाने के बाद सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या आरपीएससी की द्वितीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा का पहला पेपर आउट हो गया है? आरपीएससी भले ही इससे इनकार कर रहा है लेकिन विशेषज्ञ इसे आउट बता रहे हैं। उनका तर्क है कि जालोर में जिन दो अभ्यर्थियों को ब्लू टूथ से नकल करते पकड़ा गया, उससे आशंका है कि पेपर परीक्षा केंद्र से बाहर था। परीक्षार्थी बाहर बैठे गिरोह के लोगों से उत्तर पूछ रहे थे। जयपुर में भी तीन लोग पकड़े गए हैं, जबकि दो फरार हैं। हालांकि, इन्हें पेपर आउट करने से पहले ही पकड़ लिया था, लेकिन जो साथी फरार हैं उनकी क्या गारंटी है कि उन्होंने नकल नहीं कराई। पुलिस ने 5 जनों को गिरफ्तार किया है, लेकिन दो दिन से हो रही इस परीक्षा में इस तरह नकल कराने वाले और लोग भी हो सकते हैं, इसलिए यह पेपर आउट की श्रेणी में माना जाना चाहिए। उधर आरपीएससी सचिव केके पाठक ने कहा कि फिलहाल पेपर आउट नहीं मान रहे।
पुलिस या एसओजी द्वारा पकड़े गए मामलों में अगर सिद्ध होता है कि पेपर आउट हुआ था तो सभी परीक्षाओं के बाद आयोग स्तर पर कोई निर्णय किया जाएगा।
एक ही सेंटर से क्यों पास होते हैं दर्जनों अभ्यर्थी आरपीएससी व अन्य परीक्षाओं में सामने आया कि झुंझुनंू, सीकर, धौलपुर व जयपुर आदि जिलों के इक्के-दुक्के सेंटरों से सभी अभ्यर्थी पास हो जाते हैं। जांच एजेंसियों का कहना है कि ब्लू टूथ व अन्य तरीकों से नकल कराने वाले गिरोह द्वारा पूरे सेंटर को ही खरीद लिए जाने से यह धांधली होती है। आरपीएससी सचिव का कहना है कि पिछली परीक्षा में भी दो केस ऐसे आए थे, जिनमें एक-एक सेंटर से ज्यादा अभ्यर्थी पास हुए थे।
इन केंद्रों के अभ्यर्थियों के परिणाम रोक कर जांच की गई। इस बार भी परिणाम के समय यदि किसी सेंटर से 80 फीसदी से ज्यादा परीक्षार्थियों के पास होने की बात सामने आई तो जांच की जाएगी।

परीक्षाएं संभागीय स्तर पर आयोजित हो।
जांच के लिए विशेष उपकरण हो और विशेष प्रशिक्षित दस्ता हो।

first… ex.serviceman physical also held in this month its complete 4/5 days so when this process complete they combind wtih general SI recruitment and in this process tym may be more than 1 month.,,second xpt they not will combind sourly interview call march last or april mid.
