Profile:

Central Ground Water Board is a subordinate office of the Minsitry of Water Resources that comes under the Government of India. The board was actually established as an National apex agency responsible for providing scientific inputs for the management and monitoring of ground water resources of the country. One of the major activity of the board is to explore the drilling programmer and moitoring of water quality through the network of groung water observation wells.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the post of Technical Operator (Drilling) in the Central Ground Water Board, North West Region depending on their educational qualification and experience.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be less than the minimum age limit and not more than the maximum age limit set for the post of Technical Operator (Drilling) in Central Ground Water Board.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should be atleast having a graduation degree from any recognized institute or university for applying on the specified post in Central Ground Water Board.

No. of posts: There are total 26 posts available (Gen-17, OBC-4 and ST-5).

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1800 will be given to the selected candidates.

Selection Process:

Candidates are required to face a personal interview examination that will be held on the specified date and time. Canddiates will be selected on the post of Technical Operator only after qualifying in the interview test.
