M.Sc in Food Science
The main concern of the course relates to understanding of the application of Bio-Technology in the Food Production Industry. The course at the post graduation level offers quality education that enables them to prepare for the future trend observed in the Food Manufacturing Industry. Eligibility:
The candidates who want to undertake the course of Food Science in the Post Graduation level have to achieve a minimum of 40% in their Under Graduate level which may belong to the same or different discipline. Compulsorily, the candidates have to be a student f science stream in their 10+2 level undertaken along the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Physics or Biology.
Course Duration:
The total length of the course spans for a period of two years, with each academic year been divided into two papers. The candidates have to necessarily pass the two papers with elective marks in order to achieve progress in the second year.
