BPO gets jobs done at cheapest rate and it gives solutions to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. IT is the main area to be outsourced. Nature of Work
Aviation, banking, health etc are the places where BPO is growing. Web and commercial applications are also largely outsourced.
High end research is done in high end BPO’s. Analysis of market conditions, competition etc. are provided by the analysts which they give to the clients on request. Graduates are minimum but the numbers of MBA’s, lawyers, doctors etc are more.

Personal Characteristics
English language is very essential besides that marketing skill, information, Ability to analyze problems etc is also required. Good communication skill, patience, skills to persuade is required by the BPO professional and to work at odd hours.

Employment Avenues
The most preferred destination for outsourcing is India because of low cost manpower, good English speaking workforce and 12 hour time difference with the US. There are many sectors in which jobs are available for ITES domains.

Billing, credit and debit card services, claims processing, database marketing are some of the upcoming recruitment segments.
The prime employees of ITES are in software analysts, database administrators, network specialists, communication engineers etc which comprises of graduates,  MBA’s, and diploma holders.

Training
Depending on the nature of job the training extends from days to months. Before theoretical and practical training,  the trainees get familiarized with requirements of job and the company culture.
