Re: Admission procedure to study B.E.(Mechanical Engineering) in IIT for a Diploma holder?
No, Diploma holders are not eligible to get admission in IIT. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board and those who appeared and qualified JEE Main and JEE Advance examinations are eligible to get admission in IIT for pursuing B.E course. Since, you have not pusrued 12th standard, being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to get admission in IIT.
