Whether bank gives edu loans for pre sea training? I mean it's also a part of education and we have the education or study loan facilities so anything possible?

Yes, bank also gives education loan for Pre-Sea training. But before approving loan for such course, it gives more stress on the institute from where you are pursuing the course.
