I have completed Advance Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology in Industrial Automation and want to do bachelor degree from Canada. Can I apply for an education loan against fully constructed residential or commercial properties?

Yes, you can apply for an education loan against fully constructed residential or commercial property provided that the property falls under the name of your guardian or under your name and along with that the property must have equal value or more than the value of the loan amount. If the property is registered under your guardian's name, then the guardian must sign the Co-Application and should have become the guarantor of the borrower.
