Yes, u can do diploma in engineering after ur 10 th class.But all you need to do is to appear for polytechnic entrance exam ,forms of which are out during april or march .u can do diploma in civil,mechanical,architecture ,electronics,electrical ,textile design etc and more information can be collected from www.cetdelhi.nic.in

Yes,you can do diploma after your class 10th exam for a period of 3 years. After this you can again do engineering in lateral entry for 3 years.

yes you can do some selected engineering course but i will suggest you that you should do minimum 10+2 after that you can get admission in any decent engineering programme.

Yes, you can do your diploma after 10th if you have discontinued your studies.
To get diploma for engineering studies you can take the poly technique exam which is been taken on 10th basis. Duration for diploma is 3 years. You can do your diploma from PUSA, or some known recognized college that organizes diploma courses.
