Re: How to prepare to become an IPS officer?
Dear..
It is very good that you want to become an IPS OFFICER and serve the nation, Becoming an IPS officer is not that easy as this is the exam that requires both Physical and mental strength to clear this exam. IPS exam is conducted by UPSC every year and this is the only available way to become an IPS officer directly that means by no other means you can become an IPS officer and you have to compulsorily pass the hurdle of this exam to be an IPS officer. You have to first of all clear the Preliminary exam in which you have to go through questions which are objective in nature. All the candidates who passes here are eligible for the second round which is also called as mains exam. In this exam the nature is subjective and you have to write your answers in detail. After that the third stage is of the interview stage and once you clear then a medical test for the candidates will be there. The qualification is as follows :- 1. Indian citizen 2. Graduate 3. Age limit - 21-30 4. Chances :- 4 gen, 7 obc and unlimited for SC/ST. Trick to prepare :- Focus more over studies, Start from basic, Read a lot Do good care of your health too. Hope it will help Cheers...!!! |
