sir i forgot to put signature and name on reverse side of photograph attached on gate application.whether it may cause cancellation of application?

in gate application form, I have pasted coloured photograph with red coloured background instead of white colour.. is their any chances of rejection?

I made mistake in filling gate application form and I registered. .instead of typing ECE I typed

Respected sir, I have incorrectly typed my institute name as 'sandip institute of engineering and' instead of 'sandip institute of engineering and management'
Will my form be rejected or I need to apply for correction.

The correction that can be made are only for specified field as written.it does not consist of institute name.
