To apply for the IAS examination a candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized university and has 21-30 years of age.Upper age limit relaxable for SCs/STs, OBCs and certain other categories.

Educational Qualification :-
Should have Any Degree From Recognized University.

Age :- Must be in between 21 to 30 years Of age.

As PUC is a pre University Course which is Like 12 course. So, you are not eligible For CSAT as you don't full fill the Educational Qualification, You need to Go for graduation Or Degree, and after completing this,you will be Eligible For CSAT Examination.

dear friend,
the minimum eligibility qualification for giving IAS exam is that the student must have done graduation in any field with atleast 60% marks. there are only 4 attempts per person which can increase for sc/st students. the age limit is 21 to 30 years. there will be two exams.
one will be objective and the other will be written exam. after that interview will be there.

After completing Btech i.e graduation surely you are eligible for IAS exam. Here is the full fledged criteria for IAS exam including no. of attempts required and age limits. :
