Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Graduates from any stream(except fine arts), can enroll directly for the executive Programme.

The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

i want to know if i do LLB after COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE does it would be helpful in increasing my salary or will i get more job offers?

First of all, if u have done with your executive stage... u might be thinking of professional programme... getting a job with your executive programme is quite difficult task but if u done your professional stage (cs final).. u will surely get an job with an monthly salary of rs 16000-20000 of intial package.........

Dear friend this is not the salary pack for CS .more than this . ultimately it an parliamentary degree .that means it is recognized by govt under statutory body ,foolish person like u who takes such salary packs .For ur kind info CS now a days gets 400000/- to 50000/-

Those in charge of ICSI are not taking active steps to make the profession more acceptable at the industry level.The people sitting there only make tall claims that a CS will get a hefty package and this profession is a dynamic one.Actually it is very difficult to get a management training after completing intermediate/executive.On the one side the ICSI makes it compulsory,on the other side they are not taking steps so that companies are ready to hire us.There is tremendous scope in the banking & insurance sector,but unfortunately we don't get hired by them.The institute should curve the pass rate otherwise there will be little scope for CS.The institute also lacks the power of lobby.Just see what is CA institute doing.They have enermous clout.So please do something before it is too late.

Clear your goal first where you want to be either in finance or secretarial & legal it depend upon that.

Great scope for Company Secretary.Pass percentage is quite less compared to the market requirements of Company Secretaries.

The pay package depends on the nature of the company which may vary from 25-50 k a month.qualified Company Secretary can practice as an independent CS or can work in a company.

A person can get enrolled in ICSI institute after 10+2 in the foundation

Information About Company Secretary course :

This course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and this course is sub divide in three sections -Foundation, Executive, and Professional.

The required educational qualifications for the Foundation course is 10+2 .After completing the foundation course you can apply for the Executive programme and at the time of Executive programme course your age should be 17 years. After passing the Executive Programme examination, you can registered for the Professional Programme.

Admission to this course throughout the year and this exam is conducted 2 times in a year such as June & December.

Course Duration

A candidate needs to clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are:

Foundation Course: The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream.

duration: The course is of 8 months.

Intermediate Course: A pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI/Graduation degree or a Master's degree/Pass in ICWAI, ICAI can allow you entry in the intermediate course.
duration: The course is of 9 months.

Final Course

On passing the Final examination of ICSI you will need to undergo a practical training after which, you will be completely eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

Fee Structure of ICSI: You need to spend Rs 3,600 for the foundation program. A commerce graduate can pay a fee of Rs 7000 for Executive program and a non-commerce graduate, Rs 7750 for admission to ICSI course.

If you're a commerce passed out you're eligible to get enrolled in cs foundation programe but for enrollment in cs executive one has to score more than 55% in graduation

Sir I completed my b.com with 54% so I can join cs after this percentage and how how to I take admission in cs.
