NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to three wings of NDA:-
INDIAN ARMY INDIAN NAVY INDIAN AIR FORCE The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam in any stream from a recognised Central/State Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical fitness. The candidate having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th can apply for all three wings of NDA but those candidate without having above subjects can only be eligible to apply for Indian Army wing of NDA. There are certain prescribed Physical Fitness criteria to overcome by the aspiring candidate after succeeding written exam. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test. The abbreviation of NDA is National Defense Academy. The educational qualifications regarding with National Defense Academy exam are below mentioned:- # Opponents must have finished their 12th class from any approved institution. # Opponents of last year of 12th class are also preferable for this exam. The age criteria and relaxation regarding with National Defense Academy exam are below mentioned:- # 16.5-19 years. # Relaxation:- There is no need of relaxation for age to any category opponents. # Opponents must be single male. # Opponents must be fit. # Citizenship:- Opponents must have finished an Indian citizenship. for NDA you should be mentally and physically fit and your age should be between 16 1/2 years to 19 years.
the syllabus of the examination will be all the things you have learnt from grade 10 to 12.there are two written exams- mathematics and general ability test and after this one interview and medical test. you should take help from books like rihant-nda and r.d. sharma. all the best.. |

Dear friend NDA stand for National Defence Academy .
The NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year. The eligibility criteria for NDA is :- Candidate must have passed 12th class for apply Army wing. For Air Force and Navy wing -Candidate must have pass 12th class with PCM subjects from a recognized Board. Age limit:- The age limit is 16.5 to 19 years. No age relaxation. Nationality - Candidate should be a citizen of India. Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit according to the prescribed physical standards. SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:- 1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC. 2)Personal Interview.
